Phone Bank

Research shows that calling voters is the most effective strategy for increasing voter turnout and enthusiasm aside from knocking on doors (canvassing). In addition, it is the best way to reach rural voters and contributes significantly to Sister District’s mission of securing Progressive Democrat gains in state legislatures.

Our phone bank operates entirely through Zoom. The campaign provides easy-to-use software that allows us to contact voters virtually. You will need a PC, laptop, or tablet and a mobile phone to do the work.

Every Wednesday from 2:30pm - 5:00pm and every Saturday from 11:00am - 1:00pm we gather to call voters residing in our candidate's district. Throughout the election cycle with our phone calls we introduce our candidate,  provide information on the candidate and his/her positions and assist voters in making a vote plan.  

Initial training is provided outside the phone bank sessions, though mentoring and support is provided continuously. Your Hosts:
